Do you feel insecure, stressed, or lost?

Do any of the following resonate with you?

  • You feel lonely, even when you are with others.
  • You lost the joyful feelings that you used to have in life.
  • You’ve noticed that the spark in your relationship is gone.
  • You feel fear stricken, even in the “comfort” of your own home.
  • You feel like you are wandering through life, feeling like something is missing or your balance is “off.”

If these sound true for you, I want you to know that attachment isn’t something that’s talked about much at all in today’s society. What you’re experiencing is normal. Many of us did not get what we needed in childhood and this affects us as adults. Psychotherapy that is focused on addressing these attachment injuries and trauma can help you heal and find your sense of direction again. You might tend to put others before yourself or not even know what you’re struggling with or if it feels important enough to seek help. You’re allowed to seek help and you matter. Seeking help, especially around attachment challenges, can help you live a better, more connected life.
