What is therapy?
In therapy, psychologists help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives. You and your psychologist will work together to identify and change the thought and behavior patterns that are keeping you from feeling your best by applying research-based, scientifically validated procedures and techniques.
There are several approaches to psychotherapy, including cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal and psychodynamic, among others, that help people work through their problems.
Therapy…
Is a collaborative treatment based on the relationship between an individual and a psychologist
Is a process that evolves over time
Is tailored to your unique needs and goals
Is highly individualized and personal in nature
Is grounded in dialogue, it provides a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with someone who’s objective, neutral, and nonjudgmental.
Your therapist will provide support, understanding and guidance moving through these challenges towards your goal of improved coping with issues you have defined together.
How will we meet?
The benefits of modern technology allow for psychotherapy to be administered over encrypted video conferencing, providing added convenience and security, all from the comfort of home. We are currently offering 100% telepsychology services.

Specialties
Some clients come to therapy with urgent issues, such as a stressful transition, loss, unpredicted trauma, or sudden symptoms of depression or anxiety. Others come seeking understanding of their emotions, relationships and/or experiences. Psychotherapy can help you address these challenges, learn insight, self-awareness, coping, and self-soothing techniques.

Where We Practice
We are licensed to practice 100% online telehealth appointments from anywhere in the following states:
Fees & Insurance
We are a self-pay practice and the rate for psychotherapy is billed to the client at the time of service. Though we do not take insurance, you may still be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance provider.
Individual Therapy Session
$238
We are not currently accepting insurance as it is our preference to invest our time and attention to clients, as opposed to negotiating with insurance companies. This provides far greater flexibility in care and allows clinicians to meet clients’ needs first rather than the rigid, impersonal, and often arbitrary expectations set by insurance companies.
Depending on your personal preferences and insurance plan, you may still be able to use your insurance provider to pursue full or partial reimbursement for our services as an “out-of-network provider”.
If you have a PPO plan, you may be eligible to get 60-80% of each session reimbursed after you meet your deductible.
Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) allow you to set aside money before taxes, which can be used to pay for your appointments with us.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
